Great idea for seafood restaurant

January 5, 2018 (Windy Hill Beach, South Carolina) — One of the benefits of living in a world-class tourist destination like North Myrtle Beach is that we have a tremendous variety of restaurants to choose from, many more than available to folks who live in similarly-sized cities or towns. An article in today’s New York Post described a restaurant concept that I think would be a great fit here — a place where customers catch the fish they’ll eat. “You hook it, we cook it” was the, uh, catchy description the Post used in the print edition of the paper.

The article was about the first US location of a chain that has a dozen restaurants in Japan — the restaurant’s name is Zauo. The New York location is expected to open as soon as next month.
